Can I see my skin live?

While we develop it, no, since we make our skins locally. However, you can always request a live demo when your skin is ready if you want.

Who makes my skin?

We are talented designers and coders and own the best IPB skinning sites on the WWW.

When do I have to pay? Is there any deposit?

You will have to pay a 50% of your total price as a deposit before we start the project. You will then have to pay the other 50% when it's finished. More info in the terms of service.

Can I have a refund?

No. If you are not satisfied, you can always make some change requests. Please read our terms of service for more information.
